Zekelaus - Drifter, wanderer, vagrant.. Taken from home at youth. Set upon by bandits. Fled before noticed.

As a teenager he floated from place to place. The loner he was and no one to keep him company. He grew cold and bitter in time. Had been jailed for theft, but pitied. Pitied! In a fit of defiance he purposely got caught and spent some time in a stockade.. or in a cell with other, not so pitying, sorts. Bullied, injured.. He hadn't the idea of what he was getting into. Upon his release he vowed to stay out of jail. He took his thumps and carried along. Joined up with a gang of punks but since it didn't do anything but land him in trouble he didn't stay long.. He was caught with his hand in an old man's pocket when he was threatened with jail or servitude. A tough choice..

He washed, cleaned, ran errands.. True to his word.. and the geas he signed made him unable to leave until he had completed it's requirements for a specific time period. But the old man's son, though still much older than Zek, occasionally took Zek out for conditioning of sorts. taught him some things about survival. Zek, after his time as the old man's slave, took the knowledge he gained and left out for a new town..
